Employability
Supported Jobs Plus
The step after EmployABILITY. A program that provides paid, on-the-job training in a supported and inclusive work environment. This program provides an enhanced level of autonomy, allowing participants to apply their skills with greater independence.
Goodwill Job Skills Academy
A program that is always evolving and changing to best serve the needs of our community. This service available to anyone in the community.
We currently offer CDL Scholarships and FREE Forklift Certification.
Youth Ahead
A partnership with area high schools to provide students with on-site soft skills training, hands-on training, work readiness training, and work experience.
GoodLife & GoodEd
A program Goodwill employees begin at orientation that provides soft skills training and job coaching. An opportunity to grow skill and knowledge that can increase opportunites within Goodwill or in community employment.
Community Service & Vouchers
• Provides opportunity to complete community service hours to individuals in the communities we serve.
• In partnership with local nonprofits, provides free clothing and other goods for those in need.
